As a life-long learner myself, I have a passion for inspiring others through eLearning, instructor-led training, or hybrid models. My goal is to develop content that engages learners, through storytelling and adult learning theory, that allows them to relate and apply what they learn. In a past life, I taught in higher education. My experience showed me the value of project and scenario-based learning to make training more effective and fun.
